Elise Neal first wore this fabulous emerald draped Mandalay belted dress last year to the 41st NAACP Image Awards. The actress looked amazing in this sexy number. I simply adore the pockets. She completed her look with a soft up-do.

Obviously Tamera Mowry's stylist didn't do her homework because she wore the same dress a year later to the 42nd NAACP Image Awards. Even though it's quite an embarrassing moment, Tamera also looked great in this dress. I didn't care for her clutch paired with the dress because it's a little too casual. Soft curls completed her look.

I have to give it to Elise because of her wonderful curves.
