Asin's B'day Delights: Trio Of Pals, Gold From Mommie
She's bagged a birthday delight that holds a strong twist of nostalgia for her. South star Asin Thottumkal celebrates her b'day (October 26) and a triple treat was in store for her.
Three of her closest gal pals from Liverpool, Sydney and New York showed up at her doorstep on her Big Day.
An elated Asin states in a newspaper quote, "They've been my closest friends right from my childhood days. They came in suddenly to surprise me when they learnt that I would be in Mumbai. It was no less than a birthday gift for me. I'll be at home enjoying a home cooked spread of good Kerala cuisine for lunch. Rather than going out, I prefer to be cooped up at home. I'll be spending time with my friends, chatting and sharing all the girlie gossip that we've missed out on."
When queried about her b'day gift, Asin declares, "Gold jewellery. My mom (Seline, a doctor) always gives me gold on my birthday. That's one gift I can safely predict."
