Ajay, Kareena Inflict Rs 35 Lakh Loss On 'G3'!
It's a pricey loss… to the tune of Rs. 35 lakh... and reportedly, it was well in keeping with the whims and fancies of its lead stars. Word has it, that Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor refused to film a shoot for a promotional song of 'Golmaal 3' incurring losses to the producer Ashtavinayak.
Apparently, the reason being cited is that both Ajay and Bebo didn't take a real shine to 'desi kali', the number composed by Pritam and showed their displeasure by keeping away from the set put up at Yash Raj Films Studio in suburban Mumbai.
States a close source, "Ajay and Kareena's decision to keep away from the sets of the song did not go down too well with the producers, but there was little that they could do about it. The set had to be dismantled. Both of them disliked the 'desi kali' song and felt that it wouldn't give any impetus to 'Golmaal 3'."
