2011 Sundance Film Festival: "Another Happy Day" Premiere

Kate Bosworth looks simply divine in this fabulous black and leather Chloe cut-out dress. It's chic and sleek as ever.

I am a sucker for anything with an open-back and I am looooving this dress. It also look wonderful with cute flats as shown on the model. My only complaint is I wish the length was a little shorter.

She completed her look with great black tied Isabel Marant heels.
